Jennifer Rayner — known professionally as Jray — is the creative force behind Jraysignatures & Co.™, a future forward-living design studio redefining what it means to live well. Her approach is rooted in nervous system-first design, informed by emotional intelligence, and powered by cutting-edge AI tools — creating homes that feel as good as they look.

A graduate of one of Canada’s most prestigious interior design programs (BAID - Mount Royal University, 2011), Jray has spent over 12 years applying her technical expertise and artistic vision across Western Canada. Based in the beautiful Okanagan, she leads with intention by blending architecture, interior design, and landscaping into one integrated, bold vision.

At the heart of her work is a signature design philosophy:

Your home should regulate your nervous system — not add to your stress.
That’s why she pioneered Wellness Coves™ — intimate, emotionally tuned spaces that support daily rituals, sensory reset, and reconnection to self.

Jray’s design + planning process combines deep intuition with 3D visualization and AI powered workflows — streamlining timelines while heightening personalization. Her design style is modern, West Coast, and resort-inspired — grounded in nature and elevated by nuance.

Clients trust her for her clarity, creativity, and insight — and stay with her for the experience: one that is honest, refined, and deeply personal — resulting in lasting relationships and living environments that help people feel more human, more present, and more alive.

At Jraysignatures & Co., we begin with you — how you want to feel, how you move through your day, and what truly matters.

At Jraysignatures & Co.™, we don’t just design homes —
we craft environments that regulate your nervous system, anchor your rituals, and restore your sense of presence.

Space = Behavior = Emotion = Wellness

Emotion-Driven Design Intelligence

At Jraysignatures & Co.™, we design more than homes — we create human environments that support emotional wellness, presence, and purpose. Our work blends architecture, interior design, and landscape planning into a unified experience where nature isn’t just referenced — it’s integrated.

We intentionally shape space to align with how you want to live, feel, and function. Through thoughtful use of water, natural lighting, layered textures, greenery, and indoor-outdoor transitions, our designs elevate daily rituals and inspire calm, clarity, and connection.

From air and sound quality to the subtle choreography of flow, every element is curated to influence not only how your space looks — but how it supports your health and behavior. Our AI-enhanced design process brings precision and personalization to this vision, allowing us to explore possibilities in real time and deliver with confidence.

Jray’s wellness-focused philosophy goes beyond conventional design thinking — it’s intuitive, bold, and deeply attuned to how space can quietly transform the human experience.

Design That Feels

At the core of our work is a simple idea—your home should support you.

Not just visually, but emotionally and physically.

We design environments that respond to how you move through your day, how you unwind, and how you reconnect. Through intentional spatial flow, sensory awareness, and a strong connection to nature, each space is shaped to feel calm, grounded, and aligned with your well-being.

This is where design moves beyond aesthetics—into experience.

Our Approach

Every project begins with understanding how you want to feel—and how your space can support that.

We design with intention, shaping environments that influence behavior, enhance daily rituals, and create a sense of clarity and ease.

Our work blends architecture, interiors, and landscape into one unified experience—where natural light, materiality, texture, air, and sound are considered together to support both function and feeling.

From indoor-outdoor transitions to the subtle choreography of movement through space, every element is curated to elevate how you live.

Our process is further refined through advanced 3D visualization and intelligent systems—allowing for greater precision, real-time exploration, and a more personalized design experience.

Wellness as Foundation

At the heart of our work is a guiding principle:

Your home should regulate your nervous system—not add to your stress.

This philosophy led to the creation of our Wellness Coves™—intimate, emotionally attuned spaces designed to support ritual, restoration, and reconnection.

These moments within the home are designed with purpose—offering a place to pause, reset, and return to yourself.

We don’t design for trends or surface-level impact.

We design for how you live—for longevity, for well-being, and for the quiet, powerful ways space can support the human experience.

Designed Well to Live Well
